Non-consumers isn't the problem, businesses are people. But the language sounded to me like it was trying to stop scams which I am all for. But I will absolutely move my 8 lines immediately if they're fining gun companies for doing regular business. It's also way past 1JAN2024, so which is it?

My stepdad is an idiot, wants to go from AT&T to T mobile then doesn't understand he's going to get slapped in the face by T Mobile for anything political. They won't tell you anything because they don't want to lose customer's….keep the dirty part under the rug ! ( most recent update ) 1st Warning for "toxic " messages , 2nd $3500.00 charge for anti woke texting, or pictures! My friends ditched T Mobile due to this garbage. Hackers make jailbreaks to keep this kind of garbage off the phone, but smart phone manufacture Apple made it impossible to Jailbreak their phones, which gives them authority to control what you do on your phone.

Where does the authority to fine and punish people for free speech come from? Oh,that's right, they don't! T -mobile is a communications company provider! No one designated them as a law enforcement agency ! First amendment is like the second amendment, not infringable!

T-Mobile is not going to begin fining everyday customers who distribute content that the company doesn't agree with. In posts on T-Mobile's support forum, representatives from the company explained that the change will only affect commercial, mass-texts, like those found in marketing campaigns, and that no private users will be fined.
It's time to drop these carriers. It will ultimately affect consumers. They're testing the waters first.

The entire problem is that They control SMS. Email is not controlled nor controllable. Future SMS's will be reduced to lame notices to 'check your email' or 'login for today's important update' — mark my words; censorship is always the end
