The size of a man's gun is inversely proportional to the size of his schwantz. I don't mean that literally, of course, but as a stand in for feeling small or less than. That's not unusual, however, and there are many ways to lift up one's self worth or esteem. I can think of worse ways than flaunting firearms (bullying for ex.) but none more dangerous (with the possible exception of driving something huge recklessly).
When the 2nd amendment was written, an expert could fire about 4 rounds a minute. Now anyone with an AR-15 can fire about 60 rounds a minute and a lot more apparently if it is modified.
I'll take the revolvers, the 1911s, and the AR-15s.

Certain numbers of Americans have got mad, before 1970s you didn't hear of mass shootings, why today?
Today drugs , bad politicians, bad parents, zero laws and order in certain society,
Guns aren't the problem, the sick human beings are!

Mass shootings are happening in this modern time is due to the "disconnect" of common sense and respect in the people of the nation, immoral behaviors are fashionable and at the same time hateful in the USA societies.

The junior ar-15 is a great idea. We should teach our children about guns, how to use them safely and to respect life. The ar-15 is by far the most popular rifle in America so it stands to reason that children should be familiar with how they operate.
When seconds count the cops are minutes away. Do criminals care about gun laws? Do mentally unhinged people care about gun laws? Can you take all guns? If thease answers are no and you want to be able to protect yourselves and loved ones from a bad guy with a gun maybe consider getting a gun, learning gun safety and how to shoot accurately.

The only way to make effective change is to change the laws, put the guns in control of the forces and necessary jobs that require them, remove the guns from the general population. Yep I said it. You are no longer at war with the native Indians, the English or yourselves. At some point in your history, guns should have been removed. But it never happened.
So now in your minds you believe you can’t live without them. That’s not normal. I bring my granddaughter to nursery, not in America. The teachers, parents, staff, general public, everyone has no guns. And guess what I am 100% sure my granddaughter is safe. Can you put your hand on your heart and say the same thing. NOOOOO!

The only thing a permit does is add a layer of red tape for honest people. Never has a criminal said "I'd rob that gas station, but I don't have a permit, so it would be a crime to carry my stolen gun to and from the robbery."
