We have a very serious gun problem here in America.Mostly to do with the gun control issues.It seems uninformed citizens think gun control or banning guns will stop gun violence.This is incorrect.I don't see gangs of guns walking down my street.It makes more sense to protect the 2nd amendment and the rights it gives us so when faced with a possible fatal confrontation,said person can defend themselves.Guns used in violent crimes are usually not obtained leagally.Altering the 2nd amendment will nor help.

That is what must be fixed, but politicians don’t win points for “fixing” these problems. They count their wins by the number of laws they propose; and if a law is passed they move on to other things and let the poor bastards in the FBI or ATF worry about implementation.
